Strawberry Cream Pie
Strawberry Cream Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. strawberries, 1 pkg. jell-o vanilla instant pudding, 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream, 1 c. milk and 2 tsp. grated orange rind or lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Hull berries and set aside.
Combine pie filling mix, sour cream, milk, rind and 2 cups of the Cool Whip in bowl.
Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
Spoon half of the filling into the crust.
Arrange berries, stem down, in filling and press down.
Top with remaining filling.
Freeze 1 hour or chill in refrigerator 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with remaining Cool Whip and strawberries.
