Strawberry Cordial
Strawberry Cordial is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pints fully ripe strawberries hulled and quartered, 1 pint 80 proof vodka, 1 c. light corn syrup and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large glass bowl, stir together the strawberries and vodka.
Cover and refrigerate for 5 days.
Place a large strainer over a clean bowl.
Pour the liquid from the strawberry vodka mixture through a strainer.
Then place the strawberries, a single layer at at time, on the strainer and press them gently with the back of a spoon to let juices flow freely.
