Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Made with white cake mix, eggs, small box strawberry gelatin, c. cooking oil and (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, defrosted, drain and save juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine in large mixing bowl: cake mix, gelatin, 1/2 cup strawberry juice and oil.
Beat two minutes at high speed.
Add eggs, beat one minute.
Then add 3/4 cup drained strawberries, beat one minute.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
