Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin, diluted with 1 c. hot water, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. oil and 2 frozen large containers of strawberries, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine cake mix, gelatin (diluted) and eggs and oil.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Bake according to directions on cake mix box in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Immediately after removing it from oven, poke holes in top of cake with a fork.
Pour thawed strawberries over cake.
Top with whipped cream.
Chill and serve.
