Strawberry Cake

Made with angel food cake, small pkgs. frozen strawberries, . strawberry jello, pt. cream (chilled evaporated milk will do) and few drops lemon juice (about 1/2 tsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 c. hot water.
When cool add strawberries, which have been thawed, and lemon juice.
Whip cream and add to mixture.
Put a layer of mixture in bottom of pan. Break cake into small chunks.
Alternate layers of cake and mixture until all is used.
Chill.
Slice and serve with whipped cream.
