Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (10 oz. size) and 1 can shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend together white cake mix and Jell-O.
Add oil and milk. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in half of the coconut, half of the nuts and half of the thawed strawberries and juice.
Pour into 3 greased 8-inch layer pans and bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Turn out on cake racks to cool.
Put the layers together and cover outside with frosting.
