Strawberry Cake
Strawberry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry gelatin, diluted with 1 c. hot water, 3 eggs, 1/3 c. oil and 2 frozen large containers of strawberries, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cake mix, gelatin (diluted) and eggs and oil.
Beat with mixer until smooth.
Bake according to directions on cake mix box in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Immediately after removing it from oven, poke holes in top of cake with a fork.
Pour thawed strawberries over cake.
Top with whipped cream.
Chill and serve.
