Strawberry Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. margarine or butter, 16 oz. frozen strawberries and 1/2 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring margarine or butter to room temperature and whip.
Let strawberries thaw.
Whip all ingredients together including strawberry juice with large mixer.
