Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Grease and flour two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
Combine all dry ingredients mix well.
Make a well in the center of mixture and liquids into it.
Mix by hand.
Pour mixture into pans and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tester inserted in center out clean.
Can be frozen.
Slice thinly before completely thawed.
Can spread with cream cheese spread. Refrigerate until served.
