Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. salt, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 1/4 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add oil and eggs. Mix well.
Add strawberries and nuts.
Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or 1 hour in Bundt pan.
Cover top of bread with foil after 40 minutes so it won't get too brown.
Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Loosen with knife. Turn out onto waxed paper.
