Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pans.
In large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine all other ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Stir just to moisten.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon into prepared pans and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Let cool in pans 10 minutes and remove to rack to cool.
