Strawberry Bread
Strawberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 4 eggs, 1 c. cooking oil, 2 c. sugar and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Defrost strawberries.
Beat eggs in a bowl until fluffy.
Add cooking oil, sugar and defrosted strawberries.
Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt into mixing bowl.
Add strawberry mixture and mix until well blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done, then turn out of pans and cool on racks.
Makes 2 loaves.
