Strawberry Bavarian
Strawberry Bavarian is a light pink gelatin dessert folded with strawberries and whipped topping. The mixture is chilled until partly set, beaten foamy, then folded into a creamy fruit dessert that slices or scoops cleanly after chilling.
Pour the boiling water over the strawberry gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in the sugar and strawberries, adding some berry juice if the fruit has released it.
Refrigerate until the mixture is beginning to set but is not firm.
Remove from the refrigerator and beat until foamy.
Fold in the whipped topping until no large streaks remain.
Spoon into a bowl or mold and chill until fully set.
