Strawberries Romanoff
Strawberries Romanoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. strawberries, washed and hulled, sugar to taste (1/2 to 1 c.), 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, 1 c. heavy cream, whipped and 4 tbsp. cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Toss strawberries with sugar and set aside.
Slightly whip the ice cream.
Fold in the heavy cream and Cointreau.
Fold in the strawberries and serve in dessert dishes.
