Strawberries and Cream
Strawberries And Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can eagle brand milk, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 2 c. whipping cream, whipped and 1 (12 oz.) pound cake, cut into cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk and water.
Mix well.
Add pudding mix and beat until well blended.
Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon 2 cups pudding mixture into 4-quart serving bowl.
Top with half the cake cubes, half the strawberries and half the remaining pudding mixture.
Repeat layering, ending with pudding mixture.
Garnish with strawberries. Chill at least 4 hours.
