Stratta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices white bread, 2 c. diced ham, bacon or sausage or all, 1/2 c. melted margarine, 6 eggs, beaten and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Break bread into pieces.
Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cut cheese into cubes and place over bread.
Sprinkle cooked meat over cheese.
Pour margarine over meat. Beat eggs, mustard, salt and milk and pour over casserole. Chill overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 hour or until firm.
Great for breakfast.
