Stone Jar Cookies
Stone Jar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose), 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. molasses, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat molasses.
Remove from heat and add margarine and soda. Add flour, baking powder, salt and ginger gradually.
Chill. Roll very thin on floured board.
Bake at 350Β° for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Don't overbake.
Store in stone jar and they will become very soft.
