Stir Crazy Wacky Cake
Stir Crazy Wacky Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. dry cocoa, 2 tsp. soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch metal baking dish.
Stir with a fork to mix well.
Form 3 wells in the mixture.
Pour oil into 1 well, vinegar in 1 and vanilla in the last.
Pour coffee over all ingredients and stir with a fork until mixed well.
Do not overbeat.
Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter and bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
This cake is great with German chocolate frosting.
