Mix together first 6 ingredients.
Add chicken.
Thoroughly coat.
Place chicken in baking pan and pour remaining sauce on. Cook, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours in 350° oven for the first hour and 400° for the last half hour.
Turn chicken after 45 minutes.
