Sticky Chicken
Sticky Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 chicken breasts, halved and pounded slightly, 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 c. dry white wine and 1/2 lb. jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Brown chicken and place in baking pan. Mix tomatoes, soup mix and wine together and pour over chicken. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
When done, sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese melts.
Serves 4.
