Made with 4 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 5 tsp. celery salt, heaping 1/2 c. chopped green peppers, heaping 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients; cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Pour into jars and seal. Process pints for 15 minutes and quarts for 20 minutes at 10 pounds in pressure canner.
