Stewed Eggs is an easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, hard-boiled, 1 c. chinese stewing sauce, 2 c. water, sesame oil and green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Shell the eggs and place in saucepan with stewing sauce and water.
Bring to a boil.
Then turn heat to low and simmer for 1/2 hour or until cooked and sauce has flavored the eggs thoroughly.
Remove and cool slightly.
Serve with sesame oil and chopped green onions.
