Steve's Snickerdoodles
Steve'S Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 1/4 c. + 4 tbsp. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Mix well.
Roll mixture into balls.
In sandwich bag shake together the 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Place balls into bag and shake.
Put balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
