Steamed Squash
Steamed Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 medium squash (yellow), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/3 to 1/2 stick oleo and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt oleo in heavy skillet and put in onion.
Cover and let steam until tender.
Cut squash in round thick slices and put in skillet with onion and let steam on low heat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Use a little water if needed.
