Steamed Rice is an easy dinner. Made with rice, 2 c. water (for each c. rice), 1 tsp. salt (per c. rice) and 1 tsp. oil (per c. rice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash rice in water by rubbing together with hands.
Pour off wash water.
Combine with remaining ingredients in a heavy pot. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat, then cover with a lid and simmer for about 25 minutes.
