Steamed Fish
Steamed Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. whitefish or flounder, 1/2 bottle soy sauce, 1 1/2 c. chopped green onions and rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Steam fish for about 10 to 15 minutes or until flesh is flaky. Heat soy sauce on medium.
Heat until boiling.
Add chopped green onions and remove from heat immediately.
(Onions will sizzle.) Place fish on a platter and pour soy sauce mixture over fish. Serve over rice with choice of vegetable.
