Steamboat Chicken
Steamboat Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. chicken breasts or strips or whatever, 1 can mushroom soup mixed with 1 c. milk or whatever mushroom or cream of chicken soup may be leftover in the fridge, italian seasoning, seasoned salt and cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown chicken in frying pan coated with cooking spray.
Put chicken in square glass pan sprayed with cooking spray and top with soup.
Top with Italian seasoning and seasoned salt (Lawry's or any extra Market Day seasoned salt that is lying around).
Count to ten when sprinkling (saying "Steamboat" as opposed to "All-i-ga-tor"). Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese or whatever cheese is in cheese drawer.
Use 1/4 to 1/2 of a package or whatever amount is leftover in the package.
Top one more time with Italian seasoning and/or whatever salt is available.
Count to whatever you wish.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Brown in oven at 350Β° for at least 1/2 hour.
