Steak Strips
Steak Strips is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 (6 oz.) steak strips, dipped in cumin, 1/2 c. green pepper chunks, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 small can chopped tomatoes and 1/4 c. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Fry garlic until almost done.
Add meat and fry 2 minutes on first side, turn and sprinkle with Paul Prudhomme's seasoning. Cover with all vegetables.
Cover and cook about 20 minutes.
When vegetables have cooked down, add tomatoes.
Cook until hot.
Serve with rice.
