Steak Soup
Steak Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. steak or stew meat, 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. flour, 4 (10 oz.) cans beef consomme and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large kettle, brown meat; drain and set aside.
Melt butter; add flour and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.
Do not brown.
Add consomme; cook until slightly thickened and until it comes to a boil.
Add vegetables, seasonings and meat.
Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
