Steak Oriental is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cubed or tenderized beef cubes, 3 medium carrots, sliced, 1 small green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch pieces, 1 small onion, sliced thin and 1/2 (12 oz.) jar (2/3 c.) mushroom gravy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut meat into small pieces; brown.
Add carrots, green pepper and onion.
In 2-cup measuring pitcher, combine mushroom gravy and teriyaki sauce; pour over vegetables.
Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegies are somewhat tender.
