Steak Casserole
Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. cube steak, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can water, 1 onion, sliced and 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut steak into small pieces and brown in the oil (flour steak).
Place steak in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Put onion slice over steak.
Add sliced potatoes.
Pour soup and water, mixed together, over all.
Bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are done.
