Steak Butter
Steak Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. minced green onion, 1 c. dry wine, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 2 tsp. chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook onion and wine in a small saucepan until the liquid is reduced to 1/4 cup.
Remove from heat and cool.
With beater, cream butter and parsley.
Gradually beat in the wine mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Makes 3/4 cup butter.
