Starter-Sourdough Bread
Starter-Sourdough Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 c. "bread flour", 3 tbsp. "pillsbury idaho potato granules" and 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix and put in a large glass bowl, sprayed with Pam.
Cover with dry dish towel overnight (leave out).
In morning, knead 10 times.
Divide into 2 parts; knead each 8 to 10 times.
(Use a little flour, if necessary.)
Put into pans sprayed with Pam. Cover and let rise all day until supper.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
