Stained Glass Cookies
Stained Glass Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3 c. small colored marshmallows and 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter or margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in marshmallows and 1/4 cup nuts.
Divide mixture in half and shape each into 6-inch long log, 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
Roll each in rest of nuts and chill.
When chilled, slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
Makes about 2 dozen.
