Stain Glass Windows(Marshmallow Rolls) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag colored marshmallows, 1 bag coconut, 6 oz. chocolate chips, melted with 4 tbsp. butter and cooled for a few minutes until cold, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 c. chopped walnuts (medium to small), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all together and add one package of colored small marshmallows.
Place in a large bowl.
Place some coconut in a large piece of foil.
Roll mixture into a large log, approximately 1 to 1 1/2 inches round.
Should make 4 logs, then roll into the coconut.
May be kept frozen for later use.
