Stacked Enchiladas
Stacked Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. chili powder per person plus 1 for the pot, 2 tbsp. flour per tbsp. of chili powder, 1 to 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp. ground cumin and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet.
Add chili powder, salt, cumin and oregano.
Cook for 1 minute.
In a blender, mix at low speed the flour, chicken broth and about 1 cup water.
Pour into skillet.
You might have to add more water to make sauce thin.
Add garlic.
Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour, until it thickens.
