Stabilized Whipped Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. plain gelatin, softened in 1/4 c. cold water, 1 c. heavy whipping cream and 1/3 c. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve gelatin over boiling water; cool.
Do not let congeal. Beat 1 cup of heavy cream until frothing; add cool gelatin very slowly to the cream as you continue beating.
When fluffy, but not stiff, add powdered sugar and beat cream until it holds shape in soft peaks; do not beat too long.
Watch it carefully.
Will hold up hours in the refrigerator.
