Squash Soufflé
Squash Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 or 3 squash, onion, 8 or 10 crackers or bread crumbs, crumbled, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 2 eggs, separated (save whites), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Cook until tender the squash and onion.
Drain and mash.
Mix all ingredients together and fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in buttered dish.
