Squash Soufflé
Squash Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. squash, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. cheese, 4 tbsp. butter and 3 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Make medium white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Add 1/2 cup cheese and squash; season to taste.
Stir in slightly beaten egg yolks; then add sauce.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Last, put in buttered baking dish with buttered bread crumbs on top.
Bake 25 or 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
