Squash Pie
Squash Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. molasses, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

👨🍳 Instructions
Beat egg white until stiff.
Add some of sugar so white will hold shape.
Add remaining sugar, flour and salt.
Mix good with squash.
Add molasses, beaten egg yolk and milk.
Fold in egg white.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then lower to 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
