Squash Loaves
Squash Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. ground cloves and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/4-inch loaf pans well.
In a large bowl with fork, mix the first 8 ingredients.
In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs, squash and salad oil until blended.
Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Pour batter into greased pans.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Cool loaves in pans on wire racks 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool completely on racks.
