Squash Casseroles
Squash Casseroles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, cooked, 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1 pkg. herb stuffing (cornbread) and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix squash, carrots, salt, pepper, onions, sour cream and undiluted soup.
Mix melted oleo with stuffing mix.
Line casserole with about 1/2 the stuffing. Pour squash mix over stuffing.
Top with remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes. Cook onion and squash 5 minutes; drain well.
