Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium squash (zucchini or yellow), grated, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, 1/2 stick margarine and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook squash and onion until tender; drain off water.
Add margarine, salt, pepper, sour cream and 2 cups of cornbread crumbs or stuffing.
Butter casserole dish and line bottom with remaining 2 cups of cornbread crumbs or stuffing.
Pour squash mixture into dish.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Add cheese; bake until cheese is melted.
