Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 2 c. pepperidge farm dressing mix and 1 stick melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter.
Cook squash until tender and drain.
Add salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream, soup and onion.
Pour melted butter on dressing.
Mix well.
Alternate layers of squash, soup and dressing in casserole dish.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes. Can freeze ahead.
