Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. diced onion, 6 c. sliced squash, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. grated raw carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook the onion and squash together for 7 minutes in salted water.
Fold the sour cream, soup and carrots into the drained squash.
Mix the stuffing and melted butter.
Layer half of stuffing mix in casserole, then squash mixture.
Top casserole with rest of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 25 to 30 minutes.
