Made with 6 c. yellow summer squash, sliced, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can condensed cream of celery soup and 1 c. carrots, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large saucepan, cook squash and onion in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Add drained squash and onion.
Mix in bread crumbs and cheese.
Spread into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes.
