Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 12 oz. pkg. herb dressing mix, 3 c. sliced, cooked squash, drained, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter and toss with dressing mix.

Mix half of dressing mixture with squash, soup, sour cream, onions, carrots and pepper. Turn mixture into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish and spread evenly.

Sprinkle remaining dressing.

Mix over all. Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 45 to 55 minutes.
