Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. squash or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash, 1 carrot, grated, 2 c. grated cheese, 1 medium onion, chopped and 3/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook squash until soft enough to mash.
Add all ingredients except bread crumbs and 1 cup grated cheese.
Mix 1 cup cheese and bread crumbs together and sprinkle on top.
Dot with butter.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6.
