Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked yellow squash, drained, 1 c. sour cream, 1 carrot, grated, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mash squash.
Add onion, carrot, soup, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Butter casserole.
Sprinkle layer of Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs in bottom of casserole.
Add squash mixture. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
