Squash Casserole
Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. yellow squash, 1 large carrot, grated, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook squash, drain and mash.
Season with salt and pepper. Add other ingredients, except herb dressing and butter.
Melt butter in oblong casserole dish.
Stir in 3/4 of herb dressing mix.
Mix until butter is absorbed.
Combine with squash mixture. Pour into casserole dish and cover with herb dressing.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
